Performance/Gas Saver Chip?

I've been considering to go to a guy i know who plugs a computer to my car and change the registry its supposed to add about 25-30 HP and improve gas, i know it works because my cousin has a Trail Blazer SS and the dyno showed a dramatic improvment for him. But... I was looking on ebay and I came across the PERFORMANCE SPEED CHIP. Has any one tried any upgrade's like these? and if so did it work?

The only way it makes your car faster is by makeing your wallet lighter. Don't waste your money on those ebay scams. XCal3 FTW!

SCT XCAL 2 or 3. These cars don't have provisions for a chip, it's a flash tune ECM only.

Disregard half the crap you see on eBay for the LS and just send me the money instead.

you only need to look 2 places:

1) ILLS (member on here)- is a custom tuner and can hook you up.

2)Torrie from fastpartsnetwork.com

Personally, when I order mine, I'm calling Rob (ILLS)
