Several forum members have been extremely helpful in helping me work on a Lincoln Continental P1633 Code/Check Engine Light problem.
Today, I may have found the reason, but can not be sure.
Is it possible for the PCM Power Relay or Diode in the engine compartment black box to to bad or go bad intermittently?
I was just wondering how I can check to see if the PCM diode and PCM power relay are working properly or if they are faulty.
I have a brand new digital voltmeter, but beyond checking for battery voltage most of it is Greek to me (for now).
I have no problem buying new parts, but sure would like to know if the current ones are bad or if there is a problem with the connectors inside the box. I have been searching and reading for an hour now and can not find a comprehensive source on how to do this.
