Passing smog with no 3rd cat

On a well tuned car I bet it would pass with no cats... Just won't pass the visual inspection (eh that's what a Ray's switch is for.)

Never had a problem with a true dual setup less 3rd cat. Even in Nazi Jersey too.

What about having no IMRC's, that shouldn't affect the smog numbers if the car is tuned for them being deleted?

If it's not chunking a CEL in relation to the IMRC deletes, then no it shouldn't have any impact.
