Passenger side rear door window glass

Hello guys .

Long time no see .

Two days ago , someone broke my brother's 2005 LS V8 passenger side rear window but he didn't steal anything from the car . My brother went to a Ford-Lincoln dealership to buy a new window . But the dealership has only 2000-2002 passenger side rear windows in stock . the dealer will have to order the 2003-2006 passenger rear window from the States and It'll take a month to be shipped to Saudi Arabia . My question is would a 2000 - 2002 passenger side rear window fit into a 2003 - 2006s ?

There may be some detail about the glass that's different, but a Gen II door will fit in a Gen I body. I've done so after a sideswipe by a dippy highschool kid.

Thank you so much for the info . One of my brother's friends found a wrecked 2001 LS and he'll try to see if it fits .
