I spent some time searching, but couldn't find an anwer to my problem. It seemed like most of the guys who had seat problems were completely different from the one i am experiencing.

The passenger front seat got stuck today and it wouldn't move back or forward. After messing around for about 10 minutes i got it to move. There is a little metal piece that is connected to the buttom of the seat/track and if i put pressure on it (side to side) the seat works fine, if i don't, then the seat stops moving. Even though the seat won't move, i can hear the motor running.
The left side also makes a grinding noise. As i try to move the seat (back/forth), the track on the right side actually budges about an inch or so, but since the left side won't move at all, it's keeping the seat from moving completely.(by left side, i am mean the side closest to the center console)

I checked around the track area for coins/anything that would stop it from moving, but didn't find anything. I keep the car clean, i doubt there is anything in the tracks.

It's just matter of time before it stops working at all, so i thought i would ask on here before i take the seat out and see what the problem is.
I am not sure if anyone had similar seat problems, if anybody did and can steer me into right direction, that would be great.
The passenger seat doesn't get use at all, don't know why it even started doing this. And yes, it does have plenty of grease on the tracks.

Thanks fellas.

Here is a picture of the metal piece, i was talking about.
