So i went to a bonfire last night in a corn feild and parked my car on the side of the road which was a pretty steep angle. I get back some hours later and fire the car up and it gives me a low oil warning and the gas gauge says my tank is full. I figure it would settle back on the ride home. The whole way home it keot giving me low oil warnings i figured it would have readjusted it self. I hope i didnt screw up anything

It usually takes a while for the gas gauge to come back to the regular reading unless you restart the car. The oil warning should be instant, did you check the oil?

When my last Mark did that to me it was because the O ring gasket had failed between the Oil filter to block.

Check the oil and check that it's not leaking on you cause if it is, replace ASAP!

if it still says you are low on oil, you are probably low on oil.
so check it! its easy.

That's weird I drove it the next morning and no oil light, but I did check the oil and it does seem significantly low. I know the passenger valve cover leaks a little, but that wouldn't have dumped oil like that, I just changed the oil about a week before that too.

check the oil pressure sender on the front of the oil filter adaptor lower left front of the block. one of the weak points of the marks. JD
