Have a 2014 mkZ with the big sunroof. It has just started not working because the shade is bunching up as opposed to moving freely backward. Anyone have experience or knowledge about this thing? Is it glued up there to something that maybe came unglued? Thanks

Saw a utube vid by a guy in Mass who had same problem. Dealer quoted him $12000 to fix.
He did point out a few usful things. I really want that roof to work so I may try myself. But I hesitate to even attempt dropping the headliner.
