Need to clarbar the hood and trunk since they sat in the backyard for a couple weeks and have yet to buff the car and polish. This is just paint + paintjob.

yet to do:

carpet, doors back in ( waiting for carpet ), wiring, amp in back. fix AC! ugh..

buff/claybar of course, door-bumpers as mentioned earlier.

Then oil change, transmission gasket, and inspection.

That looks 10 times better now that it all put back together. I'll bet the eye brows were easy to paint without the headlights. That grille came out perfect. Looks like more of a blue though from the pix.

Yea, it has a lot of blue in it. That was a surprise to me. I like it a lot though.

be honest, how difficult was it painting your car. I've been toying with the idea of one of these days of painting mine

if you have never painted anything I would recommend against it.

The paint job looks nice btw. time to buff the headlights and it will look like new again!

It's difficult because the learning curve is pretty steep. You wouldn't think so and no it's not rocket science but when you mess up it's a lot of work to fix and on top of that if you have the habit of saying 'that's good enough' in projects it's going to come out pretty bad. It's all about the detail.

If you were going to scuff up the clear on a car and re-shoot then no, it's not hard but get sit-down advice of someone who has done it before and take notes.
