Paint Code for 2000

You can find your paint code for your car. It is located on the VIN label. The VIN label is located inside the driver's door near the top of the dash. On the label the paint code will be located in the lower left corner marked as "EXT PNT". There should be a two digit code next to it.

I am trying to buy an 04-06 LSE grille for my 2000. The paint code of the grille I was thinking about buying is F6 (ceramic white). The paint code on my car is WF?... Would any of the LSE grilles off LSKoncepts work?

yes just choose the correct color code.

for the 2000....WF is "white pearl tri coat"
for the 2004....F6 is "stone peck resistant ceramic white"

WF codes for White Pearlescent Clearcoat Metallic, which according to the 2000 Order Guide was an extra cost tricoat paint (and should not be confused with paint code WT of the same year, which codes for Vibrant White paint).

F6 is Ceramic White (another extra cost tricoat) which was available on 03+ cars. I have this color on my 06 LS, and I can tell you it will NOT match your 2000 White Pearlescent. Ceramic White is grayer and yellower than your color. If you want a good match, I suggest you talk to Ken at LSKoncepts and arrange to have an LSE grille painted to match the correct color on your car.
