P0442 fun

I replaced the gas cap and the vapor canister purge valve on the EVAP tray and cleared the codes. Hoses look and feel fine. I can clear the code but it comes back after about two days when the temperature is cooler (below 45 degrees). It doesn't seem to when the temperature is warmer but its hard to tell because we only have a few warm days a week right now. Any suggestions? I don't have any fuel odor. I did use a NAPA fuel cap instead of a Ford cap.

Fixed. Rusted fuel filler neck. Replaced the filler neck and no code for 4 days now.
