So my front airbags have decided to no longer inflate, i had to drive it for a bit as such.. Now the car will start to overheat, no heat from heater, warning will go off, then after another minute or so the heater kicks in and the engine temp goes down to normal. does this sound like a Thermostat issue? maybe caused by all the bouncing from the front end being down?

After being parked over night it the reservoir low/empty? With 143k on it I would bet you have leak in the radiator and now have air in the system.

One of my 93's did the same thing. It never left puddles but after getting the fan off I could see where it leaked at the tank. Replaced radiator and burped the air now all is good.

Son's 96 ran hot to. We replaced thermostat on it and no help. Replaced radiator all was good. Same as mine, no puddles, but once fan was off you could see where it was leaking around the tanks.
