Outside Temp sensor

Hope someone can help. I have a 2004 Aviator, the outside temp reads over 100 degrees even in cooler temps. It goes up as I drive. Does anyone know where the sensor is located? Thanks

From what i've been able to find, it's behind the bumper on the battery side and sits on the rail. Same as explorer. should be an easy fix.....
