Outside Drivers-side Door Handle Replacement

Anyone ever changed one of these? Is it tricky or fairly straight-forward? Also, my color is opal opalescent. Is there a paint out there that will come close to matching?

Most people just take it to a body shop to be painted. INstallation os fairly straight forward.

When you install it, maybe you can take pics along the way and put together an article for the tech section on how to do this.
