Outside air circulation not working on A/C?

I'm not sure what to even search for this or what the correct term is, but the button next to the A/C button that when pressed makes the air blow harder isn't doing anything. The air blows cold & the light comes on when I press the button, but the air isn't blowing harder like it has been doing.

I though it might be because I needed to replace my cabin air filter which I did today & reset the warning center & all, but it still has no change when I push the button.

Anyone have a clue why this would happen & how it can be fixed?

Are you sure you have the ac blowing from just the dash or dash/feet vents? If it's set for the defroster I don't think it will let you put it in the recycle mode.

Well I would have looked stupid going to the dealership with this for sure...

Turns out I had to hit the directional button or whatever it's called next to the auto button in order for the button I was having an issue with to work. I've done it time after time, but for some reason didn't realize I was doing it.
