opinions on Nav units

I am buying an in-dash unit for my lincoln ls 04 and i have cut it down to two possibilities. Pioneer avic D3 or the pioneer avic f700bt. Trying to stay right around that price range and was wondering what people thought which unit would be better.

i just bought a pioneer f90bt, they are 650 shipped

Ya id like the f90 just don't have the money for it. Thats why im going for the avic D3 or f700bt.
