Omg!!!

I havent read anyone saying they lost power by doing the swap. The gen 2 intake is the worst of the intakes for the B head DOHC's. The gen 1 is pretty close to the cobras. Can you post a link to where you read that?

I know if the runners have been chopped you will loose some down low, but this one is stock and I have 4.10's to help out.

Plus it looks cool as hell.

Heres where I've done most of my reading

http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/showthread.php?t=45118&highlight=Cobra+intake+swap

And I do agree that it looks cool, and with the 4.10's you will be fine. I have just read that it's a bad idea with a basically stock car.

Maybe its just me, but I like to be out on the open road. .

hell yea... just "give me a reason to go drive"!

a customer dropped off a PC to be repaired.
then called back and wanted us to ship the repaired PC back to them.

I said "OH HELL NO, I aint fixing this PC then handing it off to some UPS guy to destroy".

So I'm gonna drive 2 hours, one way.. to drop it off.

BUT.. as I said above, it just gives me a good reason to go out and have some fun, drive the car and generally waste some gas!

My car will have 4.30's and a converter before the intake goes on so I don't have to worry about losing a little low end....
