I need it! Lincoln dealer cant get it without ordering the WHOLE fill tube, at a cost of $19 and some change. This is now the ONLY leak on my entire car!!! And its probably worse than the valve cover gaskets were. I finally replaced those yesterday, I figured the o-ring would come with the gasket set... Nope! I realy dont wanna pay 20 bucks for a $2 O-ring, and a part I dont need. I know there are a few members that work for Ford dealers, could somebody help me out? I already checked 3 parts stores here and none of them carry O-rings that size! I want this fixed! If anyone else has replaced this and knows/has a part number please let me know! Or if theres a place online that sells them and doesnt charge an arm and a leg for shipping.

You have to be careful about which o-rings you get; petroleum products (like oil) will disintegrate some types of rubber. If you can find silicone o-rings, you'll be OK.

I know, I used a peice of heater hose as a vent for the breather on my truck (blow-by like WOAH) and it collapsed on itself in about a month. So I had to spend the extra money on emmission hose after that.
I've been looking at distributor base O-rings online, but I havent found any large enough yet...
I might just have to use some silicone RTV sealer on it... I dont want to though.
