I got a very slight leak after my trans flush at the dealer 2 months ago and it seems the hoses coming out of the oil cooler are a little weak or worn. You can get 4 1/2 feet of it on rock auto for $5 (why can't the coolant hoses be that cheap
) and I noticed the coolers start at $20, didnt know they were that cheap.
Being that mines almost 10yrs old with the fins looking crushed in would it be worthy of changing at the same time? Perhaps put a larger one in? Not sure if it would make a difference at all versus whats in there now. It does tend to shift a little hard if sitting in stop and go traffic for over 30 mins. I know I should replace the solenoid eventually but wondering about the cooler.
