It could possibly work but there is no heat shielding there so you would have to add it..



The crackle (from what I've read) was only in SST.. Maybe take the res. out and replace with glasspacks?



I saw that but noone says if it makes it louder or not.. It just said, "gives it a supersonic tone".. Looks pretty cool though..

I think the x pipe does mellow it out some, not as much as resonators or mufflers but more than straight pipes. It does take away some of the crackle. A guy on here had flowmasters with resonator delete and didn't like the crackle it had. Got an x-pipe and it went away, it also helped the tone of it.
