odb2 port not working

finally put my car back together after getting broke into. im assuming they blew a fuse somewhere when they ripped my dash apart because my diagnostic port isnt working. anyone know which fuse i really dont feel like pulling each and every one. thanks

I don't know which it is, but if you look in the Owner's Guide (check the Tech Articles link at the top of the forum), it lists all of the fuses.

Yep should be tired into the cig. Lighter fuse

All USB port fuses are tied into the cigarette lighter.

that fuse is fine, lighter works. havent looked at it yet.

I was actually just going through the owners manual because the fuse for my horn just blew. On a 2001 it looks like it would be Fuse 6 which is 10A. Tried putting the diagram in the body but it didn't take. You can find it in this link though:
