wondering why no codes are showing up on the elm 327 OBD2 scanner? I have a bad dccv, bad door lock assembly and still no codes show up... P1000 - (OBD testing not complete)

no codes as well with the torque lite app either.

I used an innova obd tool and it detected a cyl 6 misfire about a year ago and cant remember if i cleared that code or not because nothing is showing in the history.

Found out a bad dccv and door lock assembly would not cause a code to appear. I might be the one LS owner who would wants to see codes lol

Door latches don't set a code. How would it know one was bad anyway? A bad DCCV will set a code if one or both coils are corroded open or shorted. However, mechanical failures won't set a code, how could they...
