OBD Sensor Status

Took my car down to autozone pulled the codes and got that print out and I was surprised I thought it would be worse, but it was decent.

Everything looked good except the "MIL" - p0304 at Cylinder 4 Misfire detected I guess. I think its probably the plugs which will be replaced by friday. Can anyone else think of anything else it could be?

Pull out the plug for cylinder number 4 and check it out, also look closely at the boot to see if there is a small crack. You might want to also swap a coil from another cylinder and see if the code changes to that cylinder.

How would I test and see if it was a EGR or PCM system error? Keep in mind I don't really know what these systems are.
