O/D button quit working

Everything works great but the button on the shifter quit workin...any suggestions? Thanks

More than likely the OD wire has broken. It was a common problem on Gen I cars, they revised the wire later on. It can be patched back together or replaced per the article in the tech section. If your car is a Gen II it will be similar with a few differences. What year is your car?

My OD button quit working on my Gen 2 as well.

I have a complete 98 shifter if someone needs it. Black leather with the chrome shift button.
