number of vent holes/cylinders

i saw an episode of entourage a couple of days ago. the main characters were driving around in a maserati sedan (dont remember the model). if im not mistaken, the car had three vent holes, but i believe the car is an 8 cylinder.

The Old 50' Buick's I think only had 3 on each side.
