Your imagination
My car has been running great since I chased out all the ignition demons right after I bought it.

I've always been a big fan of running the heater on the floor since heat rises it heats the whole car. I am noticing that when I have the HVAC on "floor" mode I still have quite a bit of air coming out of the defroster and the vents on the dash. A/C on the "panel" mode seems to work fine though. Is this a common issue? Not a huge deal but something to fix if/when I have it apart again.

Thanks,

I too have noticed that the air doors don't seal as well as other cars that I have had. I don't know if the difference is the electric doors (the other cars had vacuum operated doors) or something else. It's only annoying to me because it fogs the windshield a little bit at startup.
BTW: I always just leave it on full auto. When heat is called for, it selects the floor vents anyway.

I'm more of a manual control kind of guy so I don't use full auto often. I have succumbed to letting it turn the compressor on all the time. It's good for the system to circulate during the winter anyways.
