I've been trying to figure out a suitable location for the Rockford Fosgate PP4T (1.5" tweeters).
I "assumed" a location for a pair of "inch and half" tweeters wouldn't be a problem since I already
have a pair of RF 1" components installed already. I did the normal research online and watched
the "very few" videos available (Utube etc...) regarding the RF PP4T tweeters. But that is...until you
actually see and feel them in your hands ... your clueless to know exactly what you have to work with...
I'm talking about tweeter weighing @ about 3-4 lbs !! If you got 50-CD discs onhand, pickup the stack,
that's how heavy (1) of RF tweeters is, except the actual tweeters diameter is larger then the CD @ 5.28".

Just to be upfront and clear about my knowledge or previous auto customization history, see my BIO.
I am in no way a newby to auto customization. But this is my first install of a bullet/horn-type tweeter.

These new Punch Pro SPL Tweeters gots me "some-what" stumped (unless I start thinking custom)
to where in the heck? is an ideal location to suit it's functions, specs, and overall "visual" appealing
location as a permanent (when I say custom, I actually mean fabricating a door panel where it may
seemingly looks OEM stock to a potential thief. But given a maintenance issue and access with the frame
and plate mounted Window Regulator assembly (that's the issue), unless another tweeter location exists ??

Thanks for your patience with the long read and I apologize for being a person who expresses himself by
being very specific and "very definitive" when I need/seek advice or relay information (I can't stand a person
who offers a non-desc. opinion/comment with no actual experience/history/info/knowledge about the topic
at hand) ..aka person full of she-ite.

NOTE: The Rockford Fosgate PP4T (1.5" tweeter) has a overall outer diameter of...5.28" inches wide !!
So the A-pillar as a location is out... There has got to be an LS Owner who has Bullet/Horn Tweeters??
or (at the very least) offer an online link/picture car/sedan (no trucks/suv) of any Bullet/Horn tweeter
either at floor-level kick panel or something that does not look so out-of-place as mine does in the pic
below (although temporary).
