Ok I am running really crazy now... (Two Months)

Symptoms!
Car sitting outside wheatear going under 50 degrees will not start...
It will crank but not start. I do have fire on plug ( checked by removing the plug wire and looking will cranking.
Playing with the on of key after maybe 30 min I get a start of perhaps 1 second and dye.
As I play with it get better and better until perhaps after a hour of trying to start and stall it will start erratic and then stabilize and run fine.
The other funniest things is I need to try twice turning the key on and off before I get that second of running, on the first turn of the key, the car will crank and not start. I turn the key of again and try back now I get the one second of firing up and dye.

I also get a smell of very lean burn fuel!

After I finally started the engine and run with it and no sign of hesitation what so ever if the outside temperature is above 55 degrees I will not get any problem starting the car all day.
But as soon it goes bellow that I will have problems

What I did so far:
I change the crank sensor ( resolve nothing)
I change the IAC valve ( resolve nothing)

What I discover so far!

I remove the IAC valve from the throttle body and put a piece of duct tape on the bottom port and tryed to start the engine. It will start amazingly, erratic and very low rpm but start in any condition.

I know the problem is around there but where?
I do not know what to do next.
Please help I need my car to find work as I have being out of work now.
I am obviously running out of money since I have pretty much used all my savings to survive.

I already invested in these parts that have not resolve nothing at all except frustrate me.

Have you changed plugs and wires ?

If the wires are bad they can give all sorts of fits.

I will try

The cam sensor now. but to me it seem coming from IAC valve not receiving a signal.

I would be better place if I had a schematic of the system.

I also tried to unplug the IAC valve and then it start for 4 to 5 second instead of not starting.

Plug and wire read fine

Thanks all for the help

The IAC shouldn't make the car that hard to start... if you feather the pedal a little with the IAC unhooked it should start just like it is there.
