Above apparently a function of fuses 4, 10, 16 in the instrument panel fuse panel, which in turn are controlled by delay relay 1 and fuse 14 in the engine compartment fuse panel. All fuses test good, and no 12 volt power detected from any of the fuse positions. If no power to fuse 14 in engine compartment fuse panel, what’s further up the chain? Any other relays or fusible links etc?
I doubt if any battery/ alternator problems responsible due to the selectivity of just these systems not working. Electric mirrors and windows work BTW.
I’m about ready to hit the dealer so could use some help!

Have you replaced the 50A F/PNL fuse under the hood? Sometimes the fuse blows but the splatter will pass a continuity test like a good fuse. Does your power seats work? They are on a circuit breaker from the same fuse.

There are fuse links but only from the alternator to the power stud on the fuse box. The battery is connected to the same connection so you should have 12V on the hot side of the fuse slot in the engine compartment fuse box.

i had this same exact problem and it ended up being a fuse in my engine bay. im pretty sure i had the same problem driller is talking about, as it didnt look blown
