No love from the EATC....HELP!!!!!!!!

Help!!!!!! I know this has been covered several times and I have tried everything I can think of, so I need everyone’s wisdom.
History:
When I got my 93, the A/C only blew out of the defroster and all the buttons were broken. I replaced the EATC with another unit – hard button blue unit out of a 95.
• Still blows only through defroster.
Read all the posts I could find about it and started checking vacuum lines.
Vacuum line at intake very hard, brittle, and broke when I touched it. This has to be it. Replaced line
• Still blows only through defroster.
Found line to vacuum canister was broken. Ah ha!! Replaced line.
• Still blows only through defroster.
By-passed diverter valve and canister by running line directly to the line into the firewall to the EATC unit.
• Still blows only through defroster.
Today:
Dropped the glove box, checked the vacuum bundle and found the black hose loose. Fixed it and …….
• Still blows only through defroster.
Found the yellow line from the EATC unit was possibly pinched in where the duct work for the console connects. Straightened out line and…..
• Still blows only through defroster.
While the A/C was running, I removed the vacuum manifold assy. from the back of the EATC unit and ran a “jumper” hose from the black to the yellow hose. Guess what?
• Still blows only through defroster.
So I am out of ideas.
Please impart wisdom of the EATC on me. It is getting hot and I have a black interior!!!!!!!

it could be the blend door vacuum motor is shot, im not sure where it is but someone should chime in, try putting vac right to that and see if it moves
