I've ran the Self Diagnostic check. Came back with codes 12 65 , 27 99 if anyone know what these codes mean. Please let me know. The car is 04 LSE V8 Thanks

If only these codes had been discussed here before...

B1265 is a false code for a bypass door problem. Your 04 does not have a bypass door. Ignore it.
Invalid code. Vehicle not equipped with cold air bypass door actuator. Ignore this code and continue diagnostics.

B2799 is a an open circuit to the passenger side of the DCCV. Here is how to narrow it down: 2006 Lincoln LS Workshop Manual

Just change out the DCCV. It may or may not be the problem, likely it is though, if not it's coming soon if it's an 04. Oh and you can google search those codes
