I like them with that color and being a base model. Very sharp.

Always wondered about those wheels....... THEY ACTUALLY DO LOOK GOOD!!!! (Finally my question anwered)

Yes they came from ThomasA. I had a buddy pick them up when he went thru Lincoln in the semi. They were on my car 18hrs after they left NE. I can see what you mean Frogman, but I do like them, and so far your on the losing side of the poll.

just did the suspension, stock hgt coil conversion. Lowered wouldnt work out here in the corn fields. 1 3/8 addco sway bars front and rear, edelbrock rear shocks, all poly bushings available, all new front suspension parts, and R1 premuim rotors front and rear. LMS double x and their mufflers are waiting to go on, just need to get new fuel pump and filter, and the one piece driveshaft balanced, and new u-joints. The poly trans-member bushings will go on then too.

I liked them on Thomas' car but I actually like them more on a base with more chrome. I second lowering it a little as well. Looks good though.

Car handles like it is on rails. I push any vechicle thru the "curves" any chance I get. This thing dwarfs anything I have driven when speed/comfort level is concerned. If I ever "loose it", I hope I live to post pictures. I am running over double the posted speed limit thru the curves around here. Before I would have to "cut the corner" on the "inside". I am now able to stay in my lane, doesn't matter if I'm on the inside or outside lane of the curve.

Those wheels look just as good, if not better on your car then they did on Thomas's.

Its nice to see another member from Central IL also.

Sorry about the "Human nature", nobody wants to have "bad" spoken about their baby. LOL

It's all good. You haven't been around long enough to realize that I'll tell it like I see it, whether or not the person asking/showing likes it or not.

Don't take much of what I say to heart. I've had people steaming here in the past, and I LOLd my arse off at them imagining them steaming in front of a computer screen.

For sure, those rims really set the color of your car off. They really make that color pop. Question for you, I've been considering adding the smallest size/thickness of Addco sway bars. How do they affect normal bumps etc? I've got the coil conversion kit. I too would love the corner handling enhancement. But don't want to sacrifice the overall driving a great deal. Anyone else have any feedback that has installed addco bars ?

Mileage may vary. Some people like thicker sway bars, some hate them.

I ran 1 1/4 front and 1 3/8 rear Addcos on my old 98, and the thing handled like it was on rails. The ride was a a touch harsher, but you have to sacrifice something for cornering.

Thx. Frogman and Bryantaylor for the feedback. I live in upstate N.Y. and our roads are in pretty sad shape hole wise. But that being able to stick corners sure sounds appealing. lol.
