Good afternoon all,
Just joined the forum and wanted to introduce myself. I have a 1998 Mark VIII LSC. I am currently going through the cooling system, replacing the thermostat, water pump, drive belt tensioner and idler pulleys, the car has about 60,000 miles on it so it has been sitting a lot. The antifreeze was a nice rusty brown, so I am running some flush through the system before I put on the new parts. I would also like to remove the coolant cross over tube, repaint it and replace the o-rings, any secrets to getting this thing out? Hope to finish this all up this weekend. Next I plan to start on a headlight upgrade. If anyone has any recommendations on upgrading the current HID system it would be appreciated. I have loved these cars since they first came out and am really enjoying this one.
