I hear there is some dude that made up an icon to use as a sarcasm indicator. It's just a circle with a dot in the middle. 4.99 to download it. I bet he makes a good chunk of money.

Oh ok now I know whhy there is water leaking out on my dash and a puddle or water on the floor. Also could this water have caused my sunroof to stop working???

Start with a check of the fuse for it. Is it factory or aftermarket? Does it open with the rest of the windows if you hold the unlock button on the remote for several seconds?
 
I'm going to second the fuse idea. The fact that it leaks and it won't open doesn't bode well though. I'd be afraid that the mechanism is rusted. Worst case scenario is to get to the drain and reconnect the hose and then just leave the roof closed. It would suck to finally get it open and have it stuck that way.
