New to the group - ready for first LS

I am dangerously close to buying my first LS and would like some feedback to confirm I am getting a good deal:

Current Car: my first love
White 1995 Taurus SHO with 158,000 miles

New Car: future love
2005 Lincoln LSE, 32K miles & certified to 75K - I offered 18K

I have been patiently waiting for an LSE as I really like this trim level. It seems this was a 3K trim upgrade from the base LS at the time.

Yeah man!

U gonna LUV that LS. Keep plenty of dollars in reserve for repairs (just in case). Get an extended warranty past 100K if you can. Even if you have to pay $600 for the warranty, its worth every penny. I should have bought one!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome and I would try to talk them down just a little if possible and some of the problems with the earlier versions were resolved in the late model Gen II's.

18k is a little steep these days for an LS... try for 18 out the door or 17k + TTL
