just curious i noticed when i put my 05 ls in neutral and rev it it stops at about 3,000 rpms. is this normal?

yes, there is a limiter on all LS'. this can be taken off with a xcal flash though.

It is hit and miss for removing the rev limiter on the 2nd gen LS with Xcal2, mostly not.

There is nothing wrong with your car because it is not revving past 3k rpms.

thanks for all the replys and love!!! i love my LS just worry about the quality of American "luxury" vs a honda, toyota, etc... so i joined to learn as much as i can about my LS!!!!
