hey guys im new to lvc i have a 2000 lincoln ls that i just bought, love it.
So far ive replaced all my sparkplugs, coils, thermostat, stat housing, degas bottle, valve cover gaskets, water outlet tubing, and my dccv.
Car runs great now but i need my ac! thats why i bought the dccv.
before i replaced the dccv the pass side blew hot air and driverside i could pretty much control, no ac though of course,
btw i grabed a used dccv from the JY before buying a new one. and it did the same exact thing as my old one.(hot on pass at all time, driverside i could control)
but since i replaced the dccv and got my ac charged the passenger side blows cold and now my driverside blows pretty warm air, and even when the ac is not turned on the pass side is always cooler than the driverside.but i can get them both up to a very hot temp. just the driverisde doesnt seem to cool down like the pass side does.
im suspecting the datc, or the wiring harness. or could i have got a bad DCCV?
now theres about 4-5 lincoln ls's in the JY around here should i grab a new harness or DATC from a car, what would you guys recommend?
