painted the front corner markers gloss black

painted the woodtrim on the glovebox, centerconsole, and ignition gloss black. still working on the rest. need a black or grey leather shift knob too.

Debadged and spray tinted the taillights. i think the back end looks alot cleaner debadged.

just need to retint it and lower it :D

I also have a leather shift knob if Ken has moved his...Just make me an offer.Did you spray the fake wood grain yourself? What color is it it looks black but I couldnt tell. Car looks good

yea i sprayed it myself, its gloss black. changes the whole interior feel, to me it looks ALOT sleeker.

i dunno what mono-chromatic means lol

hey when you painted your wood grain how did you take it out??? and danm thats lookin pretty nice.. i also think with out the badges it looks alot cleaner..

I love the black interior accents. I was thinking of doing that as well, but didn't want to :q:q:q:q the pieces up trying to take them off.

mine cam stock black like that but anyways good job it looks great

the few peices i painted i took out, like i said in the post i still have the door panels to do and the peice near the headlight switch.

while replacing my door handle yesterday i had the drivers side panel off. if i did what most people said and broke the glue and rivets im not sure how to get the peices back on. i will probably take the door panels off one by one each night this week, tape them off and spray them with the peices still on the panel. the peice thats near the headlight switch has me a bit confused.

I wouldnt have a problem taking the peices off, im just not sure of an adequate and sure-fire way of getting them back on. taping them off doesnt seem easy either considering the vynel/leather is right next to them if i leave them intact.

any ideas? or does anyone know a way to get the peices back on after taking them off?

tail lights look good. what did you use to tint them and if you used nightshade how many coats did you use. im doing mine tuesday and i want them a little darker than that. i agree on the removed tags and the rear, mine is the same way, looks super clean bc the lincoln emblem is still there.

The headlight switches all come out, you can pull away the whole unit, then unplug each unit. From there you can remove the switches from the face plate and you may have to plug the headlight switch back in because the lights will stay on otherwise.

As for the doors I'm still not sure. Someone please help with those.. give us some answers.

Looks good! I may paint my center console black like that after seeing your photo.
