it stands for special vehicle to me haha idk i just always liked the badge lettering and i seen a member on here with it and liked the way it fitted the car so i got one

calipers are bein done this weekend and they are 20s. hertz is a brand of audio equipment im working on a sponsorship with. they are very elite and sound amazing. they also make audison amplifiers. look up hertz milles on google. thanks for the feedback guys
