I went to the track today and it was about 90 degrees. I was consistently running 14.4s all day at 97 and 98mph. But, later in the day there was a big oil spill and we had to wait about an hour to get running again. Later in the night the temp dropped to about 70 and I was running nitto 555r's so traction wasnt a problem even in colder weather. My last run of the day resulted in a 14.29 @ 99.65mph with a 2.0 sixty foot time. Not bad for a stock lincoln huh????

nice times I had mine down to the 14.0s Fairly stock. I could never get that 13.999999 then I put the stall in and thats were I'm at now.

You're always getting the kind of times that make others jealous.
I couldnt even break into 14s with true duals, but I think traction was my weak link. The tires i have on now, I can launch WOT from a stop with TC off and no spin.

How much did those nittos help?

A lot! I must say. They were on my brothers mark vii on the stock wheels with about 10 runs on them.. Im really considering buying some for my bullitts this spring. I went from 2.3 60' to 2.0's...
