Spent Monday working on my brakes. My car was long overdue for pads and rotors.

As I said, long overdue. The rear pads were worn down to the rivets. They had been digging gooves into the rotor.

Kept 'em flat here.

Replacing my pads and rotors was easy; really easy! The most difficult part was rotating the rear caliper pistons, and even that wasn't much of a chore. To those of you on a budget, save yourselves some $ and DIY.

I have had my R1 on since early May - no rust at all. Starting to get some white spots. I think it is from my Hot Rims cleaner from McGuire's.

They are Silver Cadmium or Zine coated.
