New! Need Stereo help

Hi i recently bought my 06 LS this weekend.
When i went to the dealership the buttons were jammed so they put a new stereo cd changer in. But I have absouletely no bass in my car and sounds terrible wat could be the problem . And i was wondering how can i tell if i have the 12 or 4 speaker sytem >?

Dude, it's under warranty, make them fix it!!!!!

And as for the speakers ? i have 4 on the panel and I think tweeters on the side of the center console where are the rest of them >?

If you have THX:

2-way plate speakers in the doors and 2 subs under the reae deck. Total: 10.

Non-THX:

2-way whizzer cone speakers in the doors, the two console speakers (to add depth) and the 2 subs under the rear deck. Total: 12.

Can we fit any indash touch screen cdplayer like the 6.5 but non flip outs ?
