hello fellow mark owners i have a 98 base/lsc mark with 85k T.Red Light Graphite int. i say base/lsc because it's a base with lsc trim i don't like the chrome trim so i bought all lsc trim. it has 20inch acuza creepin rims with kuhmo ecsta performance tires, 5% tint, LMS chip, fuel pressure regulator, 900 cfm mass air kit, magnaflow true dual exhuast. i have a few questions, with these few mods how much horsepower should i now have since i have not had it tuned and dyno (witch i will do in spring) and also while i have her resting in the garage all winter should i turn the air ride off? i will post pic's soon.

with these few mods how much horsepower should i now have since i have not had it tuned and dyno.

there is no real way to tell other than strapping it to a dyno
these cars have quite a bit of dyno variance which is normal

a car like yours could put down 210-245 RWHP depending on what the basline HP was to begin with.
I've seen stock cars dyno 180-235RWHP so unless you put it on the dyno, no way to tell.

you should strap it down and get a baseline before any tuning takes place...and keep in mind to pay little attention to the PEAK HP number and make sure your gains are all across the board, or "area under the curve".

If I had one resting in the garage, I would start the car once a week, let it warm up then turn it off.

When you start it, the car should jack up to low speed right height which is all the way up.
When you turn it off and open and close the drivers door it will vent down to parked height.
I IMHO believe a "left sitting" air ride is more prone to failure than one that is cycled regularly.

trapped moisture all winter long will cause bad things to happen.

cycling the system in a low humidity environment will help keep moisture from doing bad things.

i was starting it every week like you said but last week it got down right COLD!!!! -28 degrees so i started it and my belt just snapped so i just shut the air ride off and pulled the battery i was pissed! plus 20 inches of snow on the ground!

yea i know but in nebraska it is nearly impossible at times to drive the mark plus she's so clean i can never drive her through snow! hell i don't even drive her in the rain.

Welcome and +1 on the pics! It's so hard to tell the HP on these cars, but it kicks a$$ on the streets. :D
