I have 2002 lincoln ls v6 3.0 since 2006 that I have named Abraham Jr. Since it my second Lincoln I had. Never had any big issues except I had to change the acculator witch I found how to fix here. The only problem that I have right now it makes a cow like sound. I haven't noticed any performance issues. Now I'm trying to see if i should use full synthetic oil or keep using conventional oil. The car has 137k miles . Pros and cons would be helpful. Thanks to everyone.
