Hey guys... I've been lurking around for years. I have a tan/tan 01' LS V8 w/ about 136k on it. Just bought an 03' black/black LS V8. It has 82k on the body, and 45k on the motor (previous owner drove it for years with bad coils and burned up a valve according to the dealer). It has a few issues - #7 coil problem, an exhaust leak @ the header that hopefully won't be a major expense to get fixed, and the transmission seems to shift harshly occasionally. Overall it's really quite amazing how much different the 03 is from my 01...almost like they're not the same vehicle in terms of how they feel and drive, even material quality. It's gorgeous, almost flawless condition, loaded w/ everything including nav. I'm looking to sell the 01' for a reasonable price. Also, I have the silver/carbon fiber looking trim in my 03', and would love the woodgrain trim/shift knob/steering wheel. If anyone wants to trade if you're looking for the silver/carbon fiber, shoot me a message. Would also consider buying if anyone has it for sale.
