Here is my beater... 2006 Nissan Pathfinder with a 4.0 ltr V6. It's the wifes but she works at home so I drive it all winter. And I am one winter test drive away from buying the 2010 Lexus Is 250 AWD (red) to use as my winter car so I can perma garage and finish the mods that are stock piling in the storage space next to where it parks!

Drove to Big Bear mountain last night. it was freakin nice weather. I had bunch of fun in this car there.

Don't they give you a state issued Suburban when you move to Minnesota? I thought it was written into the state constitution that all driveways must have at least 1 (one) Suburban parked there at all times except when it is out on a hunting / fishing trip.

Its funny with my suburban, first I had the horrible vibration which was a ujoint fixed. Then did plugs and the wires were new so I left them. Rear heat works good but my front heat fan selector switch is going out now, and the bearings in the front squirel cage fan are going out. That all just started today.

Someone tried to weld in a piece of galvanized to patch up my exaust at one point so there is a 6" piece of pipe that rattles and sounds like a heat shield falling off.

Is anyone framiliar with the push button 4x4 on Chevy trucks? Sometimes it says 2hi and other times none of the lights are lit. Is this a sensor problem from the transfer case?

My starter started skipping too, just free spins every other crank.

Something I have a Question on is when I go to start it in the morning it fires right up. ANY time after that during the day it doesn't want to start, I have to crank it for 5-10 seconds. Then it starts and runs great.
Could this be the crank position sensor???

I know I could go find a Chevy forum, but I know there are plenty of knowledgable(sp) people here. Thanks
