Pic #3 looks like the outer tie-rod end.

Yes. The individual ball joints aren't replaceable; you need to replace the whole assembly.

Where on the car is picture 1? It's difficult to see what that piece is...

Looks like #1 and #3 are the same part, just different angle

Then upper control arm (~$95-#$125 on RockAuto) and outer tie rod end (~$50 RockAuto).
