i have broken the valve and both tubes in the picture below. the valve itself costs over 100 dollers and the tubes are no longer made. i am also putting in kooks headers and a t56 right now so i have enough problems as it is. so my question is if i just take these parts off will the car start or will it see a problem with the exuast? if i doesent start then what do i need to do so it will start.

That valve and tube are for your thermactor system. Are you still going to run Catalytic converters? If not, you can remove all of that. It only runs for the first few minutes after startup, to help light off the cats.

thanks for the help i plan on running magaflow high flow cats. so are the tubes and valve unmonitered?

The pump is monitored for activity, and of course the O2 sensors would be monitored for the appropriate change. If you going to keep cats, I would recommend finding another pipe/valve in the junkyard or welding your stock pipe. Then cut off the fittings from your stock manifolds and weld them the new headers.

As mentioned its part of the the new emission system. Its not "needed". Its part of the AIR system, all it does is pump air into the exhaust system. 95 and earlier did not have it. If you ordered new headers, most order WITHOUT "AIR".

Also, the relay that runs the pump can be used for the ABS system or air compressor for the air-ride. Can be a good backup relay!

Any "tune". Dyno-tune is best always, but a properly made chip will do ok too.
