need help with taking chrome parts off

Does anyone know how to take the front and rear chrome strips off on the bumpers? I want to paint them. But I have no idea how those are in there.

You have to remove the bumper to get the clips out IIRC.

It really isn't that much work. Just a bunch of bolts and screws. If he was to buy new front and rear bumpers and paint them, he is looking at spending $1000 easy. I personally would recommend just taking the strips off and painting them, unless money isn't really an issue for the OP.

If money isn't the issue than just go buy a sport model.
