Let me first start off that my rims are EXTREMELY Dirty, i havn't had a chance to wash the car in a long time .. Calipers are painted "Chrome" Sun hits it, it looks sick, very bright.

Ok, on the topic here, i got Metallic Brake Pads, i know they can squeek .. Now, the squeeking has been ridiculous, I'm starting to wake up the dead when i brake .. So heres the deal, look at my Rotors, i don't know how long they been on there, i bought the car Dec. 15, 2007, it was VERY little squeeking, 6 months later, very loud, do you think i need to replace them? Because the brake pads are brand new, full etc ..Back brakes, rotors are brand new, so its the front.

Pictures Here ..

From the look of your rotors in the pics I would have replaced them when the Brake pads were last done.

Resurfacing the rotors might yield positive results but if you have already done that then its not wise to take off any more meat by doing it again. You might just need to replace them if the rotors do not have a good lip on them anymore.

I resurfaced mine on my last brake change but when its time again I'll have to change all 4 of my rotors and probably get some different pads. The OEM Motorcraft pads aren't very good.

Yes, but blame that on Ford, i bought the car with new brakes in the front, but their so damn cheap, they don't want to replace the rotors.

I bought the car that way, now i have to dish out w/e it costs to replace them.

They probably just put new brakes on knowing it needed new rotors just to satisfy the new potential owner (you). Its like a fresh set of tires.

Remove front rotors, have the runout checked by local mechanic or brake shop, Autozone does it for free i think. If you have enough material to resurface, do it. Then order a set of Akebono Pro-Act ceramic pads from Tirerack. Toss the factory pads, junk.

Squeak will never return and braking will be better too.
