Top.
Keep removing stuff. Some of the things around the sides can get in the way, because the mount brackets stick out pretty far. Just feel around and ease it out.

Do you mean loosen/move the drier/receiver? I didn't have to take out the condenser. I think the radiator has to come out before the condenser!

For oldhead: the receiver/drier is the aluminum cylinder at the front right of the engine bay. It's normally mounted to the rad fan, so you should already have it unmounted and movable.

looked up the ford replacement procedural and it said to remove the ac condenser and the fan shroud . I guest that mean new r134a will need to be installed? The receiver/drier is unmounted.

You do not need to remove the AC condenser. You do have to unbolt it from the radiator and zip tie it out of the way. I have removed the radiator in 3 LS's and never had to take out the condenser.

Yes remove the fan shroud and fan assembly (all one piece). Remove the bolts that hold the other coils to the radiator. Remove the radiator upwards out of the engine bay. The brackets on the bottom of the radiator are difficult to slide out with the radiator but they are part of the radiator side tanks so you can't remove them. Take your time and be patient, it will come out.

One last question did u have to bleed the Hydraulic Cooling Fan System if so how did u do it?
